It can be a “letting go,” releasing worry to something vast and more powerful than yourself.
It's fresh air.
It's a change of environment.
It's all of these things and more. It is, in a word, magic.
So, go to the water – the ocean, a river, a lake, a fountain or a brook – and be refreshed and release your depression. If only for a little while.
