Tips for Coping with Depression

Tip of the Day

When you're depressed you may not even want to get out of bed, let alone do your laundry or get a haircut.

Be disciplined about self-care. Wash your face and brush your teeth every day. Take a shower at least every few days. Change your underwear once in a while.

Believe it or not these small steps are essential for managing depression.
