Tips for Coping with Depression

Tip of the Day

There is a study showing kiwi fruit combats or prevents depression. One study means almost nothing, of course. However, kiwis are high in Vitamin C and in fiber, both nice anti-depressant ingredients.

So, try regularly adding kiwis to your diet.

Besides, they're so cute!
