Tip of the Day
People who are depressed often go off their medication after a period of time because they feel better. And often the depression returns, though it might take them a while to recognize that.
It is not a failure to need antidepressant medication, any more than it's a failure to need blood pressure or epilepsy medication. Medicine is for illness, and illness is not your fault.
If you've gone off your antidepressant medication and feel really depressed... talk to your doctor about that.
