Conversation with myself while getting ready for work, having gone to the grocery store earlier in the day:
“I forgot to get stockings. What a moron!”
Whoa! What?
You would never, ever use that kind of abusive language talking to any other person, nor tolerate it from someone else. This kind of internal dialogue is so destructive.
Be careful what you say to yourself.
