November is a new month, with new challenges and triumphs to come.

With Halloween behind us, it is also the start of the “winter holiday” season, and that can be fraught with peril regarding depression. Family stress. Less sunlight. No money for presents.

It's time to really pull out the anti-depression resources. Stay consistent on meds. Try to get in some exercise. Eat well and consciously.
