Tip of the Day
Wrap one present. Order one gift online. Address 5 Christmas/Hanukkah/holiday cards. Water the poinsettias.
When you feel particularly depressed during the holiday season do one little thing, no matter how unmotivated you feel. Depression makes it oh, so difficult, but try. No matter how small the task, accomplishing something feels fantastic!
